Product Overview
The GT-SFD-Ex-IR series point-type infrared gas detector adopts imported infrared sensors and mature non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology to detect gases and vapors in the environment through spectral characteristics. It features high measurement accuracy, excellent stability and strong anti-interference capability. The sensor will not be poisoned and its detection performance is not affected by the oxygen content in the operating environment. With a wide linear detection range up to 0-100% VOL, it boasts a long maintenance cycle and a service life of more than 5 years.
Equipped with intelligent microprocessor processing technology, the device achieves accurate measurement and reliable alarm performance. The TFT version is fitted with a color screen, supporting Chinese menu operation and alarm log storage functions. An integrated on-site audible and visual alarm is available as an optional accessory.
Adopting a 3-wire working mode, the digital transmission module outputs high-quality 4~20mA industrial standard signals, which can be conveniently connected to data acquisition systems to realize remote real-time monitoring.
The detector housing is made of cast aluminum and stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance. Featuring an explosion-proof structure, it is suitable for continuous detection of flammable gas leakage and accumulation in various industrial environments.
