Product Overview
The SFD-Ex-xx-01 series toxic gas detector adopts imported electrochemical and semiconductor gas sensors, featuring stable performance, fast response, high selectivity and strong anti-cross-interference capability. Combined with microprocessor technology for intelligent processing, it delivers accurate measurement & display and reliable alarming. Intelligent processing automatically corrects zero drift and performs temperature compensation. The OLED version is equipped with a color screen, supporting Chinese menu operation and alarm log storage. It can be fitted with an integrated local audible & visual alarm.
It operates in 3-wire mode. The digital transmitter module provides high-quality 4~20mA standard signal, which can be easily connected to data acquisition systems for remote real-time monitoring.
The product adopts a passivated aluminum housing with excellent corrosion resistance. With intrinsically safe construction, it is suitable for continuous gas detection in various industrial environments and locations where hazardous gas may accumulate due to leakage or natural buildup.
It is widely used for continuous monitoring of toxic and hazardous gases in oil fields, petrochemical plants, natural gas facilities, mines, metallurgy sites and oil depots.
